How to Enrol

Simple, Transparent, and Designed For Your Success

We make the admissions process simple and transparent. Here is how it works:

Step 1: Get an Entrance Form

Pick up an entrance form from the school office, fill it in with your child's details, and return it to us.

Step 2: Schedule an Assessment

Book a date and time for your child's entrance assessment. This helps us understand their current academic level and learning needs.

Step 3: Receive Admission Offer

Students who perform well in the assessment are offered admission. We will contact you with the good news!

Step 4: Complete the Admission

Complete the admission form, pay in the school fees and submit all required documents.

What You Need to Complete the Admission Process

To finalize your child's admission into Petra Academy, please provide the following documents:

  • Copy of birth certificate — Official proof of your child's date of birth
  • Copy of immunization card — Current vaccination records
  • Copy of last academic year's result — Most recent school report or transcript
  • Transfer letter — If transferring from another school
  • 2 passport photographs — Recent passport-size photos of your child
  • Copy of student's NIN — National Identification Number (if available)
